2、 Manufacturing of Giant Wind Turbine Technology

Juwei Company has complete production facilities, advanced process flow, and complete testing equipment. Strictly monitor the entire production process in accordance with ISO90001 quality system requirements.

1. Manufacturing process of fan

Fan outer cylinder: steel plate cutting (shearing machine or plasma cutting machine), drum forming (three core drum machine), automatic welding (CNC welding machine), spinning forming (automatic spinning machine), flange and cylinder integral forming. Compared with traditional processes (welding angle steel rings and cylinders), it has obvious advantages such as beautiful appearance, strong structure, and good flow guiding performance.

Fan impeller: All components such as blades and hubs are formed using compression molding technology, welded by CNC welding machines, and assembled on assembly lines, with precise dimensions and beautiful appearance. The hard supported dynamic balancing machine produced by the Sino German joint venture Shanghai Testing Machinery Factory is used for calibration. The entire calibration process is computer-controlled, and the impeller balance accuracy is high (up to ISO2.5 level), ensuring smooth operation.

Fiberglass fan: All components such as impeller, air duct, and air cap are made of imported rubber coated resin film, high-quality resin, and fiber cloth, which are scientifically proportioned and molded. They have the characteristics of light weight, high strength, flame retardancy, and corrosion resistance.

2. Quality of fan manufacturing

Inspection of materials before entering the factory:

All materials undergo strict inspection before being put into storage, with a series of complete "material storage inspection standards".

Key component inspection:

1. The designated steel plate shall be hot-rolled steel plate produced by Shanghai Baoshan Iron and Steel Group, and the quality inspection report of Baoshan Iron and Steel Group must be provided by the seller;

Before the motor is stored, it must undergo noise, vibration, and current testing to meet international and corporate requirements;

Before assembling the impeller, the first step is to undergo static balance testing and adjustment to ensure that the static balance of the impeller meets international and corporate requirements. Then, the impeller is balanced and adjusted on a dynamic balancing machine to ensure that the dynamic balance of the impeller meets international and corporate requirements. Impellers that cannot be adjusted must be scrapped.

Inspection of finished products before storage:

Each wind turbine must undergo the following tests before being released for storage:;

Appearance inspection: The appearance is neat and the paint is intact and undamaged;

Operation detection: Under normal load, the operation time is greater than 30 minutes without any abnormalities;

Vibration detection: During operation, use a vibration meter to detect the overall vibration speed of the machine, which must not exceed international and enterprise standards;

Noise detection: Conduct noise testing on fans according to international standards, and ensure that the noise level is below international and corporate requirements;

Overspeed test: Conduct an overspeed test on the willow using an overspeed testing machine, and run for more than 10 minutes at a speed exceeding 20% of the rated speed;

Whole machine operating current detection: Under normal load, the current passing through the motor during operation is detected. If the current exceeds the standard requirements, the motor configuration needs to be changed.

Pneumatic performance type test of fan:

According to GB1236 "Test Method for Aerodynamic Performance of Ventilators", comprehensive performance sampling tests are conducted on the factory fans in batches using advanced testing and inspection instruments on the company's duct and chamber testing devices. All new products designed and developed by the company, as well as derivative products of standard products, must undergo testing in the pneumatic performance laboratory and obtain a test report. Only those whose performance indicators meet the design requirements can be put into formal production.
